At BBSA, we offer birthday parties for children ages 5-14 years of age. We can support up to 14 kids. Party duration will be 2 hours in length, including staff run activities and food, refreshments and gifts.

Each guest also receives a pitching card with pitching machine credits to use during their next visit.

Pricing:

Waivers: All guests must complete a waiver at:

We highly recommend that waivers be completed prior to the party. Waivers can be completed at the facility by a parent or legal guardian only.

Activities: Dodgeball, Wiffle Ball, Kickball, Soccer and Flag Football

Food and Drink: Outside food and drinks are welcomed. We will have tables set up and can provide plates, napkins, cups and silverware. BBSA also has drinks for sale. We do not provide food unless prior arrangements have been made. No food or drink allowed on the turf.

Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time of the party.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Parties can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the party. Please provide as much notice as possible.

For the safety of our participants, BBSA requires that we have the following information on all children attending children's birthday parties 24 hours in advance. It is the responsibility of every individual, their parent, or legal guardian, to provide their own accident and health coverage while participating in BBSA activities.

I understand that BBSA will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, damage or thefts occurring to anyone participating in the program and while using the facilities.

I understand that I am responsible for clean-up following the party as follows: Garbage cleaned up and placed in the garbage receptacles and ensuring the turf area is clean. CLEAN TENNIS SHOES REQUIRED AND NO FOOD OR DRINK ON TURF. Notify staff of any spills or bathrooms needing attention.

I understand that I am financially responsible for any facility or equipment damage that may occur during the party. Appropriate charges determined by BBSA owners.
